To deliver faster, reduce environmental impact, and keep pricing fair, most hqlugffoki™ items ship directly from trusted manufacturing facilities and regional fulfillment centers. This approach lets us offer reliable, thoughtfully designed products without inflated markups — while minimizing packaging waste.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

Every order is handled with care, with clear timelines and transparent fees:
• Processing Time: 2–5 business days (order review, quality checks, packaging)
• Peak Periods (Holidays/Promotions): Processing may extend to 6 business days
• Flat Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order (applies to all locations)

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary by region (estimates only — peak seasons or customs may cause slight delays):
• United States: 8 – 14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10 – 16 business days
• Other International Locations: 14 – 21 business days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
⚠️ Important: Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to activate. A delayed update does not mean your order is lost.

4. International Shipments & Customs

International orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):
• Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the customer’s responsibility
• hqlugffoki™ is not liable for delays caused by customs processing

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

To change shipping details or cancel an order, email us at service@aswgpjo.com within 12 hours of purchase. Orders already in processing cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We’re here to help if something goes wrong:
• Damaged Items: Send photos within 72 hours of delivery for a free replacement
• Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll send a free replacement
