If approved:

β€’ Detailed instructions for sending your item will be included
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

6. EU International Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason (in addition to our 30-day policy), provided:

β€’ Original packaging and proof of purchase are provided

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

8. Return Address

A return shipping label provided by Anchor Hocking LLC is required before sending items. Use the label provided; do not ship to our main address without authorization.
Authorized return address will be included with your return label.
